Membership Development Specialist

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving membership growth and development in India. We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong track record in business development and a passion for civil engineering.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be responsible for developing and delivering a regional strategy for membership development, including coordinating training and services for individuals and companies in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver a regional strategy for membership development in India.
  • Coordinate training and services for individuals and companies in India.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including existing members, non-members, and employers.
  • Monitor and report on progress against targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in business development, preferably in the civil engineering sector.
  • Degree-level qualification in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
