Job Description:

The Senior BIM Manager role is instrumental in spearheading the adoption and implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies to elevate project outcomes. This position plays a pivotal part in supporting business objectives by leveraging advanced modeling tools to optimize project workflows, enhance accuracy, and foster seamless collaboration among engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and management of BIM models for construction projects, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and project management, to integrate BIM workflows into project execution.
  • Utilize advanced software to create detailed 3D models, perform clash detection, and generate construction documentation.
  • Establish and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and best practices within the organization.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to team members on BIM tools and methodologies.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders, including contractors and consultants, to ensure alignment on BIM deliverables.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of BIM implementation, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous innovation.
  • Support senior leadership in strategic planning and decision-making related to BIM adoption and technology investments.
  • Ensure timely delivery of BIM outputs to meet project milestones and client expectations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in BIM technologies to stay competitive.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in advanced software and BIM tools, with a strong portfolio of construction modeling projects.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in BIM management, with a focus on infrastructure or construction projects.
