Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects effectively by allocating resources, tracking progress, and monitoring revenue.
  • Support project setup, planning, and execution strategies to achieve objectives.
  • Ensure optimal resource deployment aligned with project deliverables and business goals.
  • Monitor and review project updates to track status accurately.
  • Lead BIM execution, implementation, and production activities while supporting estimations.
  • Deliver high-quality outputs across all design stages while adhering to standards, codes, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and international teams for modeling, reports, and deliverables.
  • Manage project workflows, allocate tasks efficiently, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of BIM tools and platforms.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize scripts while training team members in their usage.
  • Manage modeling, coordination, and successful delivery of international projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in the BIM industry.
  • High proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 platforms.
  • Solid understanding of BIM processes, multi-disciplinary coordination, and project delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Passionate, detail-oriented professional with strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently in a dynamic and high-volume project environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP or equivalent).
  • Hands-on experience applying BIM across all disciplines.
  • Knowledge of modern construction methods and sustainable engineering practices.
  • Experience coordinating with international project teams and adhering to global standards.
