BIM Project Coordination Specialist

Work as a BIM MEP Coordinator: We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to review and coordinate various disciplines of 3D models for building and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, expertise in BIM software, and a commitment to delivering high-quality deliverables.
Review and Coordinate Models: In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and coordinating various disciplines of 3D models using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related tools. This includes collaborating with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure accurate design coordination and clash-free models.
Clash Detection and Resolution: You will perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues in a BIM environment. Ensure compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and project requirements by staying updated with the latest BIM trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 6–12 years as a BIM MEP Engineer in engineering, construction, or related industries.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Expert-level knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction methodologies, and BIM workflows.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
