Job Opportunity for BIM Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating construction drawings using AutoCAD or equivalent software and 3D modelling experience using Revit Software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up projects, create parametric families, provide materials and manage the Revit server from the production perspective.
  • Complete attachment, detail markups for company products.
  • Translate less specific design direction into functional documents.
  • Building FRP, GFRC products like Columns, Cupolas, Cornices, Domes, Balustrades, Entryways, and different types of cladding systems.
  • BIM Modelling:
  • Create 3D BIM models using industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).
  • Implement BIM best practices, including LOD (Level of Development) standards.
  • Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve design conflicts.
  • Collaborate with project team members to ensure seamless integration of all building systems.
  • Documentation:
  • Generate accurate construction documents and drawings from BIM models.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date BIM documentation system.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure BIM models meet industry standards and client requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM modelling and coordination.
  • Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, AutoCAD
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Well-versed with American codes & standards.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bluebeam review of drawings

Education:

Relevant degree in Architecture field.

Work Experience: 1-4 years
