Job Title:

BIM Project Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Contribute to business meetings to drive growth and expansion of our BIM services.
  • Leverage your extensive industry experience to identify new business opportunities and showcase our advanced BIM capabilities.

Project Oversight:

  • Exercise meticulous control over project budgets and expenses.
  • Implement cost-effective strategies without compromising project quality or client satisfaction.
  • Maintain rigorous control over project timelines.

Best Practices Implementation:

  • Establish and enforce industry-leading best practices in BIM project management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the BIM team.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in BIM technology and methodologies.

Must be well versed in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 technologies.
