We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team at Drishyaunity®. As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and revenue.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven individual who can effectively communicate with clients and exceed sales targets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by identifying new sales opportunities and developing strategic plans to capitalize on them.
  • Meet clients face-to-face to demonstrate product usage and explain its benefits, highlighting the value proposition of our products.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and management to strategize on-the-ground efforts, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • *Develop in-depth knowledge of our product range to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients, positioning us as a market leader.
  • Conduct sales visits to potential business leads and acquire business opportunities, leveraging your expertise and networking skills to drive sales growth.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, ideally with a product manufacturing company or in on-field sales.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English, Tamil, and Hindi (mandatory).
  • Education: A graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within Chennai and nearby regions for client visits.
