We are looking for a Service Sales Professional to join our team at KONE. As a Service Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships and creating opportunities for our sales team.
Sales and Customer Service Experience
- Experience in solution selling methodology
- Experience in selling complex technology solutions
- Familiarity with KONE customers' industries is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively develop and create customer relationships
- Develop KONE position in customer base or market area
- Create and communicate leads and sales opportunities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and solve complaints
- Document customer and contact information, maintain customer data
Requirements
- Sales and/or customer service experience
- Basic English skills
- Basic digital skills and mindset
- Bachelor or Master's degree in economics, engineering, or other relevant field
