Energetic Sales Professional Wanted

We are a leading provider of TeleSales solutions and we are seeking an experienced Academic Counsellor to join our dynamic team.
As a key player in driving our business growth, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through effective telecommunication strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in tele-sales, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, market research, and networking.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct effective client presentations, addressing their needs and positioning our tele-sales solutions as valuable assets.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Conduct high-quality tele-sales interactions to promote products or services, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Use persuasive communication skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma required.
- Proven experience in tele-sales, with a successful track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Only Strongly experienced person of 1 to 3 years in any Telesales Process Like (Ex: Credit Card Sales, Insurance Sales, Product sales in Any Relevant Field)
