Job Title: Inventory Supply Chain Manager

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process from procurement to delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate multiple products and services to meet user requirements.
  • Compare available goods/services with industry trends to determine appropriate pricing.
  • Finalize vendor and cost through RFP process, considering user requirements and techno-commercial evaluation.
  • Support users and legal functions for contract execution from SCM prospective.
  • Handle end-to-end activities related to warehousing & inventory control management for all banking products/devices.
  • Coordinate with relevant user functions regularly to understand their requirements/demands and manage sufficient inventories for each product accordingly.
  • Review existing contracts related to banking products, warehousing, and inventory control, and maintain a tracker and repository.
  • Implement cost-saving measures through existing contract negotiations with partners/agencies.
  • Raise the need for agreements (as per contracting guidelines) well in time and ensure renewals before expiry.
  • Handle imports shipments end-to-end, coordinating with foreign partners, freight forwarders, CHA, and customs departments.
  • Engage with user functions to understand needs and resolve pain points related to purchase, warehousing, and import.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure vendor PO issuance and payment on time.
  • Regularly coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of ordered products/services and collect inventory reports daily.
  • Prepare and publish inventory reports for all products daily.
  • Support data analysis for preparing monthly procurement reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new products.
  • Manage vendor partnerships to provide competitive pricing and timely services.
