We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in Inbound and Outbound warehouse processes, with a deep understanding of Warehouse Management System (WMS) workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive testing of WMS functionalities, focusing on Inbound (receiving, putaway) and Outbound (picking, packing, shipping) modules.
  • Develop, document, and maintain detailed test cases, test scripts, and test plans based on functional requirements and business processes.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across WMS modules.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies using appropriate tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and operations to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Validate system configurations and enhancements against business requirements.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for system improvements and optimizations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience testing WMS systems, preferably with Infios (formerly Korber and HighJump).
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, especially Inbound and Outbound processes.
  • Proficiency in creating test cases and test documentation from scratch.
  • Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
