Job Title: Supply Planning Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Planning Manager to lead and drive our distribution plan from our Mother Warehouse to 20 Branch Warehouses across multiple product categories.

This role is a key position in our organization, requiring strong leadership and planning skills to ensure efficient distribution and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive distribution plan that meets business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align planning with business numbers, customer channels, and frequency of distribution.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Supply Chain Planning / Distribution Planning with a strong proficiency in Excel & Advanced Excel.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning / Distribution Planning.
  • PREFERRED INDUSTRY - Consumer Products / FMCG with experience in product-level distribution across mother warehouse and branch warehouses / distribution centres.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and monitoring inventory holding policies and norms, based on network lead times, SKU classification, and channel priorities.

In addition, the Supply Planning Manager will need to identify and monitor slow-moving / obsolete stocks, and design and execute mitigation and liquidation plans to minimize risk.
