Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory management processes.

You will be responsible for conducting thorough audits of our outlets, regional offices, warehouses, and corporate functions to identify areas of improvement and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Conducting internal audits to identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and areas of improvement.
  2. Verifying stock, cash, and sales transactions against records to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
  3. Checking compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and statutory requirements to ensure adherence to regulations.
  4. Supporting in preparing audit reports and documentation with findings and recommendations to drive business growth and improvement.
  5. Ensuring timely follow-up on audit observations and corrective actions to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and numerical ability to identify trends and patterns in financial data.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles to understand financial statements and transactions.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy to ensure precision in audit findings and recommendations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to prepare reports and documentation.
