Role/Job Title: Channel Sales Manager
Function/Department: Toll and Transit
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive FASTag sales growth.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the banking and FASTag ecosystem.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest FASTag technology and regulations, ensuring all stakeholders are well-trained.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to drive results, providing guidance and support for individual and team success.
- Ensure sales activities adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the product and tech team to design customer-centric products and services.
- Train larger teams and partners on new product features and processes.
- Analyze business dynamics and prepare strategies accordingly.
- Manage reports and oversee assigned business P&L.
Education Qualification:
Graduation: Any Graduate
Post Graduation: Any Post Graduate
Professional Qualification/Certification: Any Professional Degree
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in sales
