Role/Job Title: Channel Sales Manager

Function/Department: Toll and Transit

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive FASTag sales growth.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the banking and FASTag ecosystem.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest FASTag technology and regulations, ensuring all stakeholders are well-trained.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to drive results, providing guidance and support for individual and team success.
  • Ensure sales activities adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with the product and tech team to design customer-centric products and services.
  • Train larger teams and partners on new product features and processes.
  • Analyze business dynamics and prepare strategies accordingly.
  • Manage reports and oversee assigned business P&L.

Education Qualification:

Graduation: Any Graduate

Post Graduation: Any Post Graduate

Professional Qualification/Certification: Any Professional Degree

Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in sales
