Regional Sales Manager for Offline Channel Expansion

About the Role
The Regional Sales Manager – Offline Channel will lead the Route to Market expansion strategy for the business, working closely with Distribution Partners for on-ground execution. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to inspire and motivate the sales and distribution organization, and close collaboration with Key Internal Stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Route-to-market expansion across a large zone within India, in existing and new channels.
- Coach the front-end sales team to upskill their capabilities.
- Partner closely with Finance and Supply Chain team on demand forecasting.
- Drive the distributor S&OP process.
- Plan and Execute Trade Marketing Inputs to drive Customer Loyalty.
- Prepare and present the monthly performance to the Leadership Team.
Requirements
- 4-5 years'+ experience in a lead sales role preferably within FMCG categories.
- Experience in managing small & large distributor partners and closing Joint Business Plans.
- Experience in rolling out new distribution channels across multiple states in India.
- Persistent and resilient in the pursuit of objectives, willing to take new challenges.
