Job Title: Structural BIM Designer">

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Structural BIM Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models of buildings and infrastructure projects using Building Information Modelling (BIM) software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop detailed 3D models of buildings and infrastructure projects using BIM software.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and complete design information.
  • Develop and maintain project-specific workflows, standards, and best practices.
  • Conduct quality control checks on models and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide training and support to junior designers and engineers on BIM software and techniques.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 4-8 years of experience in BIM software, preferably with Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, building codes, and construction methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical problems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with USA/BS/Eurocode/Australian detailing practices.
  • Proficiency in Navisworks, MicroStation, and Open Building.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations.
