**Senior Network Modeling Specialist** The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently on technical matters related to engineering designs and regulatory compliance, as well as collaborate with relevant technical experts to clarify and resolve technical issues identified. Key responsibilities include wastewater/stormwater hydraulic modeling, model build and validation, model calibration/verification, optioneering and outline design of hydraulic solutions, development impact assessment, preparation of technical reports/drawings, working with GIS databases, handling and managing large data sets for analysis. Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in civil/environmental engineering or a related field.
  • Professional chartership from recognized institutions such as ICE, CIWEM, Engineers Australia.
  • Expertise in hydraulic modeling, model calibration/verification, hydraulics of pressure networks, and optioneering and outline design of hydraulic solutions.
  • Proficiency in hydraulic modeling software such as InfoWorks ICM, InfoSWMM, MikeUrban, SWMM, HEC RAS, HEC HMS 1D and 2D, Bentley SewerGEMS, StormCAD, CivilStorm, etc.
  • Excellent data manipulation skills (POWER BI, MS Excel, MS Access database type packages).
  • Good skills in GIS packages, MapInfo, QGIS, and ArcGIS preferred.
  • Expertise in technical report writing.
  • Ability to possess good skills of a trainer/mentor.
  • Good level of client service management, able to interface with clients and build and maintain lasting, positive relationships.
  • Capable of analyzing, assessing, evaluating issues complexity pertaining to projects/work packages and supporting the team lead in mitigating them in advance.
  • Rigorous attention to detail, able to understand and adopt workflows, and commitment to personal professional development.
  • Competent level of baseline skills, professional and confident with essential, basic business and communication skills required for career growth in all positions.
