Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Revit MEP modeler and detailing designer with expertise in Revit MEP buildings applications to be based in the Pune, India office.

The successful candidate will conduct and support the delivery of complete mechanical designs such as HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Protection system across projects in Residential, Commercial, Highrise buildings and Health Care facilities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan work according to the scope of work received from clients without changing design intent.
  • Conduct complete Mechanical, Plumbing & Firefighting general arrangement 3D models and drawings for plans, single line diagrams, sections, elevations in Revit/AutoCAD with minimal supervision.
  • Coordinate with other Disciplines Designers and Engineers as applicable.
  • Coordinate with BIM/CAD Lead concerning project requirements.
  • Produce clash free 3D models using Navisworks/Revit.
  • Prepare Shop/Installation Drawings based on the coordinated Model.
  • Prepare Bill of Materials/Quantity Take off.
  • Provide regular work status updates, including risks or concerns to Discipline Lead/Project Manager/Project Lead.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Engineering Diploma or ITI in Mechanical is required.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Revit MEP 3D modeling detail engineering building projects is required.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to work independently are necessary.
  • Good oral and written communication skills are essential.
