As a key contributor to our sales team, you will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships and driving business growth.

Experience: 3-10 years

Relevant experience:

- Minimum of 2 years in B2B Sales

- Handling Onboarding and recruitment of IFA and client acquisition

Job Requirements:

Graduates from any background or higher degree should have a good understanding of demographics, strong relationships with IFAs / CAs, and knowledge about the finance industry in the assigned geography. They should also be able to develop business opportunities.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Foster strong client relationships and drive business growth through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  2. Achieve sales targets by identifying and acquiring new customers.
  3. Engage with customers to enhance relationships and increase wallet share.
  4. Cover all relationships through customer engagements and risk profiling.
  5. Identify potential customers for tailored product offerings.
  6. Acquire new customers through converting referral leads.
  7. Provide comprehensive information on products, services, and charges to customers.
  8. Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with IFAs and CAs.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Primary Role:

Recruitment:

  1. Generate leads for financial product distributors.
  2. Coordinate and conduct business opportunity sessions with upcoming and existing FPDs.
  3. Assist new FPDs in clearing NISM exams.

Business Development:

  1. Provide training to partners on product availability.
  2. Prepare business development plans for partners and train them to achieve through joint calls, client meetings, asset allocation, and product diversification.
  3. Establish strong relationships with partners, IFAs, and IFA networks in the assigned geography.
  4. Provide relevant information and coordinate regular partner meetings to enable their knowledge and business growth.
