Business Continuity Manager

\

This is a dynamic role for a skilled and experienced individual to perform Management Information, PMO and Admin functions.

\

The Business Continuity Manager will be based out of Bangalore and report to the Associate Group Manager Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.

  • Manage data administration of India Business Continuity plans in Archer/Riskonnect.
  • Collaborate with support functions to update Emergency Notification System with phone numbers.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to get geographic location to monitor global workforce concentration.
  • Support Enterprise Business Resilience Program with data governance and generating scheduled reports.
  • Contribute to Business Resilience Office by partnering with business functions to develop and maintain Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Plans.
  • Collaborate with multiple business functions and contribute to large-scale strategic initiatives.
  • Provide support to Plan Owners and Business Continuity Manager at time of event.
  • Be available for on-call duties in support of any incidents or events occurring outside business hours.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain effectiveness under pressure and with aggressive time constraints.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially related to facilitation, documentation, and reporting.
  • Availability for on-call duties.
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Riskonnect, and Everbridge advantageous.
