Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to foster strategic relationships with mid corporate clients, identifying opportunities for business growth and revenue expansion.

  • Lead efforts to acquire new clients in the mid corporate sector, leveraging industry insights to convert prospects into valuable partnerships
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients in the Mid Corporate segment, fostering a deep understanding of their financial goals, challenges, and opportunities
  • Collaborate with clients to structure financial deals tailored to their specific needs, preparing and presenting proposals that meet their objectives
  • Offer credit solutions, including working capital facilities, overdrafts, term loans, and other financial products, assessing creditworthiness and risk factors associated with clients

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include portfolio growth, Net Interest Income (NII), and fee income achievement. Regular financial analysis, market trend assessment, and client performance evaluation are essential to drive business decisions.

Compliance with audit, regulatory, and company regulations, processes, and policies is paramount to ensure a smooth operational environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum Degree: Graduate/Post graduate in any discipline.

A strong background in finance, combined with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, is crucial for success in this role.
