Product Strategy Director Job Description

As a key member of our team, the Product Strategy Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize revenue and optimize costs for Debit Cards products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement product roadmaps that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build best-in-class customer-centric value propositions.
  • Design and execute campaigns to increase product adoption, retention, and profitability.
  • Use big data and Artificial Intelligence to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in product management, including P/L management, in consumer-facing products preferably in card product management.
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end product solutions that meet customer needs and drive business results.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and make informed product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across both internal and external teams.
  • Long-term vision, with the ability to construct a product strategy that meets customer and business needs.
