AccorHotel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation, while ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Culinary Leadership
- Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our guests.
- Lead a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and presentation.
- Collaborate with the culinary department to plan and execute special events and promotions.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor food costs and inventory levels to maintain profitability and minimize waste.
- Implement and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff.
- Provide coaching and feedback to ensure that team members are meeting their performance goals.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes collaboration and open communication.
