Job Description

As a Senior Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with a select group of customers through personalized service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships: Foster strong ties with high-value clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
  • Handle Customer Queries and Provide Superior Service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure Timely Delivery of Services: Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on commitments, guaranteeing seamless execution.
  • Stocktake on Service Levels and Customer Satisfaction: Regularly assess performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Manage Customer Escalations and Redressal: Effectively resolve issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing client retention.
  • Maintain Complete Customer Profiles: Accurately record and update customer information, including risk profiles, demographics, and asset details.
  • Cross-Sell Products and Services: Identify opportunities to enhance revenue streams, introducing clients to relevant offerings.
  • Achieve Targets and Track Engagement: Meet performance expectations, utilizing CRM systems to monitor progress and optimize outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field: Possess a solid foundation in business principles, with a focus on customer relationship management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development: Proven track record of success in building and maintaining high-value relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Effective communicator with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
