Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager
Domain: Banking/Financial Services
Location: India - Agartala, Aizawl, Gulbarga and Surat
Key Responsibilities:- Establish strategic partnerships with SBI Branches in the Region / Location.
- Assume full accountability for all aspects of sales growth in the Branch.
- Coordinate with SBI Branches in the Circle / RBO / Location to drive business expansion.
- The primary responsibility of a Senior Business Development Manager is to drive sales of SBIMF products at the location and areas in and around the identified location through relationship building and generating sales.
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting of customers through New client acquisition, network, database, References and open market.
- Liaise with investors / distributors / banks / institutions depending on the requirements for selling / targeting specific schemes as identified by the Business Head.
- Co-ordinate & Organize Investor Awareness Programs to educate customers about our products.
- Build and maintain healthy business relations with customer, enhance customer satisfaction & secure repeat business.
- Penetrate all targeted key accounts and originate upselling opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business plan targets.
- Develop Channel Development & networking skills for achieving Channel Sales.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Quick thinking and problem-solving skills to address business challenges.
- Able to work independently and as a team player to achieve business objectives.
- Excellent communication skills and active listening skills to understand customer needs.
- Account Management skills, Excellent Presentation Skills to engage with customers.
- Have a thorough understanding of our products and a clear idea about the competition.
- Thorough understanding of regulatory framework and Taxation Laws.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards business development.
- Customer focus and result-oriented approach to drive sales growth.
Qualification & Experience:
- MBA & Graduate with 2 – 5 years of Industry Experience.
- Good knowledge of Equity, Debt Markets will be an added advantage.
- MFD Certified.
