Job Title: AI Model Developer
A creative and challenging role that involves designing, developing, and deploying innovative AI models.
About the Job:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating cutting-edge machine learning solutions using large language models (LLMs) and retrieval pipelines. The focus will be on Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

This includes building scalable solutions in Python to solve complex business problems and enhance product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop AI Models: Using LLMs and RAG architecture, design and develop innovative AI models that meet business needs.
  • Implement and Optimize Prompt Engineering: Implement and optimize prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval mechanisms to improve model performance and accuracy.
  • Develop APIs and Services: Develop APIs and services to integrate AI solutions into production systems, ensuring seamless interaction between different components.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Evaluate and Improve Model Performance: Continuously evaluate and improve model performance and accuracy by staying updated with the latest research and developments in GenAI, NLP, and ML.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field is required.
  • Programming Skills: Strong programming skills in Python, including use of libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, etc.
  • Experience with LLMs and RAG: Experience with LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.) and RAG frameworks is highly desired.
  • Vector Database Experience: Hands-on experience with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) is essential.
  • NLP Understanding: A solid understanding of NLP, embeddings, tokenization, and attention mechanisms is necessary.
  • API and Cloud Deployment Experience: Familiarity with APIs, RESTful services, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure) is required.
  • Data Structures and Algorithms: A strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and ML workflows is essential.
