Intelligent AI Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-reliant AI developer with expertise in Python and a strong background in AI/ML development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent AI agents from scratch without relying on third-party AI libraries or external platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement AI Agents: Develop custom algorithms and pipelines for data processing, decision-making, and interaction logic without using third-party tools.
  • Build and Train Models: Develop, train, and evaluate models for NLP, decision trees, reinforcement learning, or agent-based systems.
  • Integrate AI Components: Integrate AI components with existing systems and APIs.
  • Optimize Performance: Optimize models and systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, product managers, and backend developers.
Required Qualifications:
  • AIOps Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development using Python.
  • Machine Learning Principles: Strong understanding of machine learning, NLP, and reinforcement learning principles.
  • Coding Skills: Excellent coding skills in Python, including OOP, data structures, and design patterns.
  • Algorithm Development: Solid experience in algorithm development, statistical modeling, and model evaluation.
  • Scientific Computing Tools: Proficient with numerical and scientific computing tools like NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, etc.
