AI Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced AI engineer to join our team and help design and implement cutting-edge data intelligence platforms.

  • Data Intelligence Platforms

Develop scalable data intelligence platforms that integrate structured and unstructured data sources, providing actionable insights and driving business decisions.

  • Generative AI Models

Create and fine-tune Generative AI models (LLMs, GANs, Diffusion Models) for tasks such as text generation, synthetic data creation, and content automation.

  • AI Solution Deployment

Collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers, and product teams to deploy AI solutions into production environments, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

  • Data Pipelines and Feature Stores

Build and maintain data pipelines, feature stores, and model monitoring systems to ensure efficient data flow and optimal model performance.

  • Prompt Engineering

Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize LLM performance for business use cases, driving maximum value from AI-driven applications.

  • Model Evaluation and Monitoring

Evaluate model performance and business impact through experiments and A/B testing, ensuring compliance with data governance, privacy, and ethical AI standards.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA) and frameworks like Hugging Face, LangChain, or OpenAI APIs.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and MLOps.
  • Experience with vector databases, embedding models, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with knowledge graphs, semantic search, or data fabric architectures.
  • Familiarity with AutoML, RLHF, or multi-modal AI.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
