AI Agent System Developer

Employment Type: Full-Time (Internship → potential full-time)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented AI Agent System Developer to assist in designing, building, and maintaining intelligent agent workflows using open-source frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, etc. You will work closely with our founding team to experiment, prototype, and deploy scalable AI systems for real-world business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI agent workflows using open-source frameworks.
  • Integrate n8n and Make.com for automation pipelines and external service connections.
  • Connect agents with APIs, databases, and third-party tools.
  • Optimize workflows for speed, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with founders on rapid prototyping and iteration cycles.
  • Document workflows and share best practices with the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Make.com, or Zapier).
  • Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, and web hooks.
  • Basic proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python for agent logic and integrations.
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to troubleshoot and debug automations.
  • Comfortable working remotely and communicating clearly.
