About Our Generative AI Role

This position involves working with cutting-edge technologies to develop and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for a skilled professional to develop, fine-tune, and integrate LLMs into our enterprise applications.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of prompt engineering techniques, embeddings, and Retrieval Augmented Generation pipelines.
  • You will be responsible for building and maintaining APIs, microservices, and front-end/back-end integrations for GenAI applications.
  • Our team uses vector databases to enable semantic search.
  • Responsibilities include deploying solutions on cloud AI platforms.
  • The successful candidate will optimize model performance, latency, and scalability for real-world usage.
  • Collaboration is key in this role; you will work closely with data scientists and solution architects to deliver PoCs and production-ready applications.
  • A critical aspect of the job is ensuring AI solutions follow responsible AI, data privacy, and security guidelines.

Required Skills:

  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and Apache Spark.
  • Knowledge of vector embeddings and vector databases.
  • Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps practices for deploying AI models.
  • Experience working with cloud-based AI services.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers.
