We're seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge GenAI-powered products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy Large Language Model (LLM) solutions using open-source models and APIs.
  • Fine-tune Small Language Models for specific enterprise verticals, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Create scalable and secure training pipelines, model orchestration, inference services, and dataset management systems in Python.
  • Craft high-quality datasets for supervised fine-tuning and evaluation, utilizing data curation and labeling techniques.
  • Conduct thorough experimentation and benchmarking across models to measure accuracy, latency, and cost-performance trade-offs.
  • Integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, embedding models, and vector database solutions to enhance product capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of experience in AI/ML development with a strong focus on NLP and GenAI, including hands-on expertise in LLMs like GPT, LLaMA, Falcon, or similar open models.
  • Proficiency in key libraries such as Transformers, LangChain, Pydantic, and experience with dataset creation, curation, and labeling for fine-tuning tasks.
  • Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and similarity search algorithms is essential.
