AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, machine learning, and distributed data systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop cutting-edge AI-enabled products using large language models (LLMs) and other emerging technologies.
  • Build high-performance search and retrieval applications, including data indexing, ranking, and query processing.
  • Develop evaluation frameworks for agent, RAG, and LLM performance, with a focus on polyglot approaches and open-source models.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in software engineering or end-to-end data science, with proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • Strong background in distributed data systems or machine learning engineering, with experience in frameworks like Ray.
  • Proven ability to experiment with new techniques and deliver robust production code, with a focus on collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Recent experience in building agents, training and evaluating foundation LLMs, and working with vector databases.
