Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our brand management efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, exhibition coordination, social media management, budgeting, and team collaboration.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibition Management
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and logistics of all exhibitions and marketing events.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather product, branding, and technical information.
    • Ensure timely delivery of promotional materials, booth supplies, and samples to event locations.
  • Social Media Coordination
    • Manage social media content creation, scheduling, and execution to ensure brand consistency.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to source content ideas and product information.
  • Marketing Budgeting
    • Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources.
    • Collaborate with finance teams to process invoices, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
  • Sales Collateral Management
    • Drive the creation, review, and distribution of sales materials, presentations, and product sheets.
    • Coordinate with design agencies, internal teams, and printers for timely execution.
  • Vendor Management
    • Identify and evaluate vendors in key markets for printing, branding, gifting, and events.
    • Negotiate terms and ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.

  • Proven experience in marketing, exhibition coordination, and social media management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
