Job Description

The Branding and Communications Manager will be responsible for driving the institution's brand strategy, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and enhancing visibility and reputation through targeted initiatives.

This role requires strategic oversight of brand identity, external communications, media relations, and PR campaigns to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy & Management
    • Develop and execute a branding strategy aligned with institutional goals, ensuring consistency of brand identity across all channels (digital, print, events).
    • Create and implement targeted initiatives to build brand recall and equity within the education ecosystem.
  • Public Relations & Media Management
    • Foster positive media coverage by developing strong relationships with media, influencers, and industry bodies.
    • Draft press releases, articles, and speeches for leadership to effectively communicate the institution's vision.
    • Manage crisis communication and maintain a positive image.
  • Digital & Social Media Presence
    • Drive the institution's presence on social media platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, and others.
    • Oversee content strategy, storytelling, and digital campaigns to engage audiences and promote the brand.
    • Leverage analytics for continuous improvement and optimization of digital efforts.
  • Events & Outreach
    • Organize branding events, education fairs, conferences, and community outreach initiatives to increase institutional visibility.
    • Ensure representation at national and international forums to establish thought leadership.
  • Stakeholder Communication
    • Manage internal communications and alumni engagement to build a strong sense of community.
    • Collaborate with academic, CRC, and admissions teams to ensure brand alignment and consistency.
