Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe. They will be responsible for mentoring and coaching Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership to embed Lean and Agile principles in daily work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and coach Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Facilitate Agile training workshops, boot camps, and knowledge sessions to upskill and reskill teams.
- Lead and support Agile transformation initiatives at the team and organizational levels, assessing team maturity and providing actionable recommendations to improve Agile practices.
- Work closely with delivery teams to embed Lean and Agile principles in daily work and ensure seamless implementation of Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify model.
Requirements:
