Job Overview
Our Vendor Operations team is dedicated to guiding customers/vendors in achieving seamless experiences while working with Amazon systems. We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Business Process Excellence Specialist, focusing on providing exceptional support to vendors in improving their operational capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for business development, and excellent interpersonal skills.
About the Role
This dynamic role involves assisting vendors in navigating Amazon tools and processes, ensuring a seamless experience. Key responsibilities include:
1. Ops/Vendor Support: Collaborate with vendors to improve their operational capabilities and resolve any issues that may arise during the process. Provide training on catalog content, PO management, and shipment processes. Identify and correct errors while maintaining accurate records of tasks performed.
2. Training and Error Resolution: Develop and deliver training programs for vendors on various Amazon tools and processes. Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve vendor concerns efficiently. Maintain accurate records of tasks completed and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
3. Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency and propose solutions to improve processes. Take ownership of process improvement initiatives and actively participate in stakeholder meetings and calls. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
4. Communication and Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and stakeholders. Manage vendor expectations through face-to-face interactions, handle escalations or updates, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Knowledge of SQL
- Passion for business development
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and addressing issues proactively
What We Offer
