  • Team Leadership: Manage search and social media specialists, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Managing programmatic, Search & Social campaigns, including setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Creation of detailed Search & Social media plans aligned with business objectives and campaign briefs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field (a relevant Master's degree is an asset).
  • Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in search engine marketing (SEM) and social media marketing, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Knowledge of search engine platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
  • Manged performance of campaigns across different DSPs, including DV360, Amazon, and TTD.
  • Proficiency in using web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and social media analytics platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing team members.
