About this role

As a strategic leader, you will provide direction and guidance to all functions within the region. Your key responsibility will be to develop and execute tailored priorities and strategies that align with the organization's business goals and brand vision.

Key aspects of the job include:

Leadership
  • Providing strategic leadership and direction to all functions within the region.
  • Developing and executing country-specific strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the organization's brand and values.
Financial Management
  • Responsible for managing multi-brand P&Ls with growth drivers and developing relevant measurable performance metrics for the country.
  • Proactively tracking performance against these metrics to ensure fiscal control, profitability, and financial feasibility in the country.
Academics
  • Overseeing the Principals and operations of all campuses across academics, human resources, administration, procurement, IT & systems, and finance.
  • Ensuring seamless cross-campus coordination and vendor-related products, facilities, and resource optimization.
Functional Responsibilities
  • Supervising Operations and Procurement teams to ensure efficient facilities management and operational excellence at all campuses.
  • Leading the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training of employees to build a skilled and motivated workforce in the geography.

Key qualifications and requirements for this role include:

  • Minimum 15-20 years of professional experience preferably in managing school operations.
  • Experience in managing and leading large-scale teams.
  • Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred.
