You will be responsible for overseeing the export process from multiple production bases to international destinations. Your expertise in global trade laws, EXIM policies, and documentation will ensure seamless operations.

To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of managing large export sales portfolios, building distributor/stockist networks across regions, and developing and implementing export sales strategies. Your ability to travel internationally, connect with FMCG buyers, and manage global teams is highly valued.

This role requires strong leadership, negotiation, pricing strategy, and business development skills. You should also be well-versed in budgeting, financials, and value chain models, as well as proficient in MS and reporting systems.
