We are seeking a visionary and experienced leader to head our EAM practice.

This leadership role is responsible for driving strategic direction, solution development, client engagement, and team growth in the EAM domain. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Maximo, a strong understanding of asset-intensive industries, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade EAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Maximo and EAM practice.
  • Expand Maximo practice and evolve into EAM by incorporating tools such as Hexagon and Aveva.
  • Lead a team of consultants, architects, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Establish best practices, methodologies, and reusable assets for EAM implementations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and aligning EAM solutions accordingly.
  • Lead pre-sales activities including solutioning, proposal development, and client presentations.
  • Oversee end-to-end implementation of Maximo solutions including requirements gathering, design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Drive innovation by leveraging Maximo Application Suite (MAS), AI, IoT, and mobile capabilities.
  • Mentor and develop team members through training, certifications, and career planning.
  • Collaborate with technology partners to stay ahead of product updates and co-develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Steer a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • More than 15 years of experience, including 3+ years in practice leadership roles in Maximo and EAM.
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale Maximo implementations across industries (utilities, transportation, oil & gas, manufacturing, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Maximo Application Suite (MAS), Maximo Mobile, and integration with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and other third-party tools.
  • Experience with cloud-based Maximo deployments (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud).
  • Maximo certifications preferred.
  • Knowledge of predictive maintenance, IoT, and AI/ML in asset management.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (ISO 55000, OSHA, etc.).
  • Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Strong business acumen and collaborative mindset.
  • Experience with global rollouts.
