Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished leader to spearhead our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) practice. This role is pivotal in driving strategic direction, solution development, client engagement, and team growth within the EAM domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the EAM practice
  • Expand EAM practice by incorporating tools such as Hexagon and Aveva
  • Lead a team of consultants, architects, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Establish best practices, methodologies, and reusable assets for EAM implementations
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and aligning EAM solutions accordingly
  • Lead pre-sales activities including solutioning, proposal development, and client presentations
  • Oversee end-to-end implementation of EAM solutions including requirements gathering, design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Drive innovation by leveraging EAM capabilities
  • Mentor and develop team members through training, certifications, and career planning
  • Collaborate with technology partners to stay ahead of product updates and co-develop go-to-market strategies
  • Steer a culture of continuous learning and excellence

Requirements:

  • More than 15 years of experience, including 3+ years in practice leadership roles in EAM
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale EAM implementations across industries (utilities, transportation, oil & gas, manufacturing, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of EAM principles, Maximo Application Suite (MAS), and integration with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
  • Experience with cloud-based EAM deployments (AWS, Azure)
  • IBM Maximo certifications preferred
  • Knowledge of predictive maintenance, IoT, and AI/ML in asset management
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (ISO 55000, OSHA, etc.)
  • Agile and DevOps methodologies
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Strong business acumen and collaborative mindset
  • Experience with global rollouts
  • Qualification – Bachelor's in Engineering / Master of Technology / MBA or higher
