The Role Summary
  • Maintaining an accurate inventory of IT assets throughout their entire lifecycle.
  • Ensuring compliance with software licensing agreements, vendor contracts and regulatory requirements.
  • Managing the entire lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance and disposal.
  • Generating reports on asset inventory, utilization and costs to support strategic planning.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with IT assets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of IT asset management principles and best practices.
  • Experience with IT asset management tools and technologies.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT asset management.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • Familiarity with software licensing and contract management.
  • Experience with vendor management and procurement processes.
