Net Asset Manager - Technical Specialist

Perimeter:

- The scope is Worldwide.
- The Asset Manager is part of the NET team.

The main missions are:

- Control the quality of the assets (hardware and software)
- Follow the corrections
- Provide key indicators

The main activities are:

- Create the SR in Snow to our NET Supplier to correct the gaps and ensure their completion
- Follow the non-conformities, define action plans, manage the actions to ensure Non-Conformities closure
- Build ad hoc reporting or extracts for Internal control or Audits
- Plan, monitor, and record hardware assets and/or software license to make sure they complied with vendor contracts in different software tools
- Use the work instructions to identify the errors in the asset database Inventory record.
- Solely responsible for the management of assets and inventory, and maintenance scheduling and repairs.
- Development and execution of asset management policies, procedures and processes. Including identification, accountability maintenance and location of assets.
- Effectively managing asset life cycles to improve quality control of assets, including software, hardware.
- Apply a continuous improvement approach in enhancing the strategies employed in technology spending, as well as in tracking company assets within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) throughout their lifecycle
- Ensure effective management of the CMDB and that the content contained is accurate
- Working on Purchase Requisition / Purchase Order of assets.
- Provide KPI/Metric information and standardized reporting on a scheduled basis
- Build the indicators each month
- Number of assets per category
- End of Life
- Asset Refresh plan (LAN, WLAN)
- Manage Asset Licenses
- Create Dashboards in Service now
