Marketing Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead our social media initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective paid social media campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to drive business growth and ROI.
  • Develop and manage ad budgets, ensuring strategic allocation of spend to maximize campaign performance.
  • Oversee the daily execution and monitoring of ad campaigns, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance analysis.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure high-quality campaign execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives and messaging tailored for social platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, identify insights, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of ad spend management, bidding strategies, and budget optimization techniques.
  • Proven track record of running, monitoring, and adjusting paid social campaigns effectively.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage a marketing team.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM, and analytics platforms.
