The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing and optimizing paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms">
  • Monitoring daily campaign performance, analyzing key metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS), and identifying areas for improvement">
  • Collaborating with the creative team to develop ad copies, banners, and landing pages aligned with campaign goals">
  • Conducting keyword research, audience targeting, and budget allocation to maximize campaign efficiency">
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports to track campaign performance and ROI">
  • A/B testing creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to continuously improve results">
  • Staying updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing">
  • Working closely with the SEO, content, and design teams to ensure brand consistency and marketing alignment">

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field">
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a performance marketing role">
  • Proven track record of success in driving website traffic, leads, and sales through digital marketing channels">

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills">
