Dynamic Digital Communications Specialist

A forward-thinking Digital Communications Specialist is required to craft compelling online content, oversee impactful campaigns, and cultivate strong digital communities across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing innovative strategies for social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
  • Creating and managing monthly content calendars in line with brand tone and key campaigns
  • Collaborating with design, content, and video teams to create engaging posts, stories, and reels
  • Monitoring trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant
  • Planning and managing paid social media campaigns and boost strategies
  • Responding to queries, messages, and comments in a timely, brand-appropriate manner
  • Coordinating influencer collaborations and partnerships when needed
  • Supporting live coverage of key events, campaigns, and announcements

Eligible candidates should possess:

  • A degree in Communications, Journalism, Media, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing social media for a brand or agency
  • A strong portfolio or links to managed accounts
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms and audience behavior
  • Excellent writing and visual storytelling skills
  • Proficiency in social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Canva, etc.

Preference will be given to candidates with a connection to Himachal Pradesh, whether through education, work, or family ties.
