Electrical Design Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the design and development of electrical systems for consumer electronics.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing controls, selecting BOMs, reviewing designs, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Selecting components such as PLCs, VFDs, Servos, Drives, Sensors, Switchgears, and Relays.
  • Knowledge of Fieldbus systems like Ethernet TCP/IP, Profibus, Profinet, and Serial Communication.
  • Understanding Human Safety devices like light curtains, area scanners, and gate switches.
  • Managing teams and delegating work to members.
  • Preparing sign-off documents and conducting risk analyses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, and Telecommunication Engineering.
  • 9-12 years of experience in similar industry (Lead Member) or 14-18 years (Leader).
  • EPLAN expertise is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selecting appropriate control panel layouts and designing control panels that meet customer requirements.
  • Designing electrical circuits, including power distribution, control logic, and signal conditioning.
  • Developing technical documentation, including circuit diagrams, wiring schematics, and bill of materials.
