Job Title: E-plan Tool Administrator

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the ePlan tool environment for electrical design workflows, ensuring seamless integration and efficient performance.

  • Setup and maintenance of eplan connector to Windchill
  • Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise
Key Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Administration of ePlan Toolset for Electrical Function
  • Manage updates, user access, and library configurations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tool alignment with project needs

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Support & Maintenance of Other Electrical Design Tools (Altium Designer, WSCAD)
  • Coordinate with IT and engineering teams to resolve tool-related issues
  • Ensure compatibility with other engineering systems
Requirements & Qualifications:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience administering electrical design tools, especially ePlan
  • Strong understanding of PLM systems (preferably Windchill)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Preferred Attributes:

  • Certification in ePlan or related electrical CAD tools
  • Experience in a manufacturing or product development setting
