Electrical Maintenance Leadership

As a seasoned electrical maintenance professional, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating all electrical maintenance activities within our plant.

  • You will develop and implement detailed maintenance procedures to ensure safe execution of tasks.
  • Your focus will be on timely implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • You will analyze equipment performance data to provide recommendations for enhancing maintainability and reducing maintenance costs.
Responsibilities

Maintenance Strategy

  • You will review requirements for new equipment or major repairs and make informed recommendations.
  • Your goal will be to ensure seamless supply chain management and that delivered materials meet required standards.
  • You will optimize consumables consumption according to the annual business plan.
Quality and Safety

We prioritize employee safety and quality.

  • You will oversee daily 5S activities on the shop floor.
  • You will ensure employees use personal protective equipment (PPE) and other necessary safety gear while working inside the plant premises.
  • You will conduct pre-shift talks to emphasize importance of safety protocols.
Innovation and Improvement

We encourage innovation and continuous improvement.

  • You will lead initiatives to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of existing equipment.
  • You will perform root cause analysis using 7 QC tools to identify areas for process improvements.
Team Management

Your success depends on your team's success.

  • You will complete regular department performance reviews on time.
  • You will assess individual skill levels and implement strategies for skill development.

  1. Bachelor of Engineering – Electrical, Instrumentation
  2. 15-20 years of experience in Cold Rolling Mill Electrical Maintenance department
