Sales Excellence in Distribution Channels

About the Job:

TE Connectivity invites applications for a highly skilled Distribution Sales Manager to lead our Global Application Tooling Division (GATD) business unit, covering South Asia, MENA, and Europe. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing the distribution channel and overall day-to-day business relationship between TE and strategic key distributors.

This role requires a deep understanding of Automotive/Transportation, Appliances, Industrial, and Mil-Aero markets, with Electrical/Energy experience being highly valued. The ideal candidate will possess a technical sales background and a proven track record of driving growth through distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the distribution channel and overall day-to-day business relationship between TE and strategic key distributors
  • Collaborate with other TE BU's and align with overall Channel BU market focus
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive market share growth in target segments and territories
  • Participate in trade/product shows, seminars, industry trade organizations, and district and regional sales meetings

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
